How scores are calculated
Your submission is assessed against six weighted capability dimensions. Scoring is AI-assisted decision support: the employer still reads your work and makes every interview decision. No hiring outcome is decided by a score alone.

How long scores stay active
Each entry stays active for 18 months from completion. Your headline score is a rolling weighted average, so recent work counts most. Expired entries drop out automatically.
Who can see it
Employers see an alias, your scores and a short capability summary. Your name and contact details stay hidden until you have applied and the employer unlocks your profile.
Deleting your Passport
You can ask us to delete your Capability Passport at any time from privacy settings, or by emailing hellogainday@gmail.com. Deleting it does not close your account.
