How long we keep candidate data
Candidate accounts, applications and Capability Passport entries are kept for 18 months after your last activity, then deleted or anonymised. This retention period is a platform setting the Gainday team can change, and the current value always appears here and in your privacy settings. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and keep the site secure. Analytics and preference cookies are switched off until you allow them in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored on your device and recorded so we can evidence it. You can change it at any time from your privacy settings.
